Dimple FAQ

Dimple Records is your local source for the best home entertainment. Our stellar crew are more than happy to answer any questions you might have. The following is a list of some of the more commonly asked questions. Don't see your question answered here? Reach out to us by email at dimplerecords@dimple.com, by phone at 1-888-3-DIMPLE (888-334-6753) or come into any of our seven locations in the Sacramento area and ask one of us!

Do you ship to North Korea, Freedonia, Narnia or Canada?

We only ship within the U.S. at this time.

Is in-store pickup available?

Yes. If our site says something you want is in stock, call us and we will hold it until you come. You don't need to pay until you pick it up. If you want to pick it up at another Dimple location, call that location and ask them to transfer it for you. We provide this service for free and you are not obligated to purchase the item. Transfers between stores normally take 1-3 days.

There is a problem with my order, what do I do?

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us by email at dimplerecords@dimple.com. You can also reach out to us any or our locations to get the process started.

What forms of payment can be used to place an order?

We accept all of the following payment types on dimple.com: Visa, Mastercard, and Dimple Store Credit on a Rewards Card account

Can I use my gift card online?

Not at this time. Sorry! Currently an employee in our stores can manually add a gift card's value to a webstore account. If desired, please email us at dimplerecords@dimple.com with the entire code on the back of your gift card as well as the name on your Dimple Rewards Card account.

What do I do with my unwanted media?

Do you have unwanted DVDs, Blu-Rays, CDs, vinyl, video games or books you don't know what to do with? Bring them in to us and turn them into cash! Call us for more information at 1-888-3-DIMPLE (888-334-6753).

What is your return policy?

Dimple.com will accept any unopened or defective return within 45 days of purchase. Please contact us to set up the return.

If the item we sent you has a manufacturer defect, we will replace the item and reimburse you for shipping it back to us. If you changed your mind and don’t want what you ordered and you haven’t opened it yet, we will refund your purchase price. For any other return please e-mail us at dimplerecords@dimple.com.
